Before your appointment

Make sure you are well hydrated prior (drink plenty of water).
IV Therapy can temporarily restore hydration and energy. Individual results may vary, and it may not be right for everyone. Here are some other things you should know:

Do not go through IV Therapy if you:

take any medicines called nitrates, often prescribed for chest pain, or guanylate cyclase stimulators like Adempas (riociguat) for pulmonary hypertension. Your blood pressure could drop to an unsafe level.

During your appointment

When you arrive at the testing center, be prepared to show a valid ID and the appointment confirmation received by email.

We cannot extend the time period of our treatments. If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete the scheduled treatment during the time remaining at your appointment. We reserve the right to postpone the appointment if we believe that there is not enough time left to provide quality treatment and not to make our other clients wait unduly. If you show up for your appointment more than 15 (fifteen) minutes late, it will be considered a failure to show up and no service can be rendered.

To cancel your appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment, please email the clinic where you have an appointment scheduled. Be sure to provide your full name, and the date and time of your appointment. Cancellation requests made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund.
